A minimum of five years of experience in building and site systems or strong construction background. Must have a keen eye for building detail and architectural design criteria. The successful individual will be responsible for conducting Property Condition Assessments for commercial real estate transactions. The field architect will report on building and site deficiencies, regulatory issues, and areas of deferred maintenance for high-end equity scope transactions. Façade experience is a plus. RA certification is desirable, but not required.

Ability to evaluation structural conditions and make realistic repair recommendations and cost estimates is required. We are seeking an individual to prepare specialized façade inspections as part of Property Condition Assessment report for equity scope transactions. Additional job duties include interfacing with various levels of project management staff and preparing technical reports summarizing conditions observed in the field.
A minimum of five years of experience in HVAC or facilities management industry. This individual will be responsible for conducting site inspections, assessing the condition of HVAC machinery and equipment, and preparing Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports. The qualified individual will have a strong understanding of various heating and cooling components. Knowledge of real equipment costs and installation is required. The qualified candidate must be well-versed in OEM recommended preventive maintenance procedures and troubleshooting equipment failures. Heavy-duty facilities management or building engineering experience is a plus, but not required. Strong writing and speaking skills will be essential for success in this position. PE designation is desirable, but not mandatory.
The successful candidate will manage workflow and communicate project status between the field operations team and various levels of internal management and client-facing teams. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously is a must. The right person will streamline project related activities and work with internal teams to insure high-caliber client deliverables are met in a seamless and timely fashion. This role requires methodical organizational skills, the ability to act as utility person with internal teams, and an organizational representative to the client-facing side of the business.
